  • Where is my order?
    If you have an problems in receiving your order, please refer to the tracking number supplied on purchase. If the tapestry still cannot be located then please contact cressida@reidandmason.co.uk.
  • Do you have a return/refund policy?
    Please see the dedicated returns/refunds page at the bottom of the page for more information.
  • How long on average does a commission take?
    Each commissioned piece will vary depending on the complexity of the piece and the lead time on materials. We will engage with you on a piece by piece basis for more specific order times.
  • Is each piece of artwork handsewn?
    Each piece of artwork is handsewn individually by the artist. No two pieces are the same as a result!
  • How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
    From the time of posting your tapestry is likely to take between 3 and 5 working days. Please note that due to the outbreak of Covid 19 there may be delays in delivery times.
